My journey through this life has taught me that the human body has the innate ability to heal itself. Through proper nutrition, plenty of movement, having a fulfilling career, participating in healthy relationships and practicing having a grounded spirit , I feel that we all have the opportunity to correct years of abuse and misuse. Through my massage therapy training, my Health Coach certification and with all of the knowledge I have acquired during the 22 plus years I have been working with people of all ages, sizes and difficulties, I feel I can offer not only muscle pain relief, but can also help my clients become healthier and thus lead happier more fulfilled lives.
I am a nature lover, and look forward to each new season and the changes it will bring. I love to read, cook and am always trying to learn either new bodywork techniques or new nutrition facts that will help me, my family and my clients lead healthier lives. I am married and live on nine acres with my husband, our goats, chickens, dogs & cats and I enjoy seeing my two grown children as much as possible.
